Rebuilt the store for conversion and restructured the campaigns around sales objectives. ROAS more than doubled.

Numbers from Ads Manager, not a pitch deck.
Selected results from the stores, marketplaces and ad accounts I've run. The raw dashboards are in the gallery below.
Right now that includes ₱2M+ a month in Shopify sales under management in the Philippines, and The Loaded Teashop's creator ad program at AMA Holdings, the US owner of The Loaded Teashop and Goli Nutrition: US$44M+ of ad spend tracked, US$13.9M of it in the last 30 days, with 239 winning videos in that month. I've also worked inside ad accounts that did US$60M+ in Facebook Ads revenue and creator campaigns that passed 1B+ views. Team and client scale, not mine alone.
The highest ROAS I've hit on Meta. The blended figure counts every campaign across the accounts I manage, winners and losers together.
I set up Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking to restore delivery on stalled ad accounts. Then I rebuilt the campaigns around what the data showed.
A UGC-creator campaign that hit 100M+ views a month by its second month live. You pick the right creators, test hooks fast, and the reach compounds.

ROAS, plainly
What is a good ROAS for Meta ads?
It depends on your margin. Break-even ROAS is 1 divided by your gross margin, so a product with a 50% margin breaks even at 2× and a 25% margin needs 4×. Anything above that is profit after ad spend. When someone quotes a ROAS, ask whether it is one campaign's peak or the blended figure across everything they spent.
